Ready to make a Reservation

• First fill-out the form and see if the date you want is available.
  no class on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays (both Mexican and US)
  
• Chef Miguel's wife Liza will email you back if date is available, if you do not see a reply,
  please check your Spam or Junk folder.
  
• When you are ready to book, simply reply to that Email, say "I'm ready to Book."
• She will email you back a Reservation Form with all the information you will need.
• We request Credit Card Information at time of booking, no charge will be made to your card unless you fail to let us know that you would like to cancel your class.
• Full Refund if Canceled with-in 7 days of Class Date - confirmed Email
• Full payment required at class completion, either with Credit Card provided or cash.
